In Person Life Transformation Therapy and counselling ($100 / hour; $150/ 90 minute in person session)

Sessions with George Hartwell M.Sc. - developer of Life Transformation Therapy are $100 Canadian for the therapeutic 'hour'.  Discount packages are available.

For phone counselling for Life Transformation Therapy and Counselling ($100 / hour of phone session)

Sixty minute phone sessions with George Hartwell M.Sc. - Life Transformation Therapist - are $100 per session. Longer or shorter session will be prorated based on $100 per hour - the standard rate for Christian or supportive phone counselling and transformation therapy.  Note: If you (or a family member) is in counselling phone consultations will be billed at the same rate as appointments.

Fees for Intensive Therapeutic Retreats with George ($600 / day)

Exclusive Christian Therapeutic Retreats ($600 / day)

Exclusive therapeutic retreats are $600.00 (Canadian) per 6 hours of focussed therapy per day for an individual or couple intensive retreat. Exclusive therapeutic retreats are for one individual or couple per retreat and are based on the standard of six (6) hours of therapy for full days.

Ask about a discounts when paying by money transfer, cash, certified cheque of $600 or more.

Extended Payment terms: $100 per month in post-dated cheques to cover balance.

Fees for mini-retreats with George ($300 / day)

Standard is a five day therapeutic mini-retreat in Toronto @ $1500 per week.

The 5 intensive mini-retreat is held from Monday to Friday - five days - with 3 hours therapy per day at a cost of $1500 for the week.  These are held in my office.  There is an initial phone consultation with George to provide intake information, establish goals, learn about the process, and ask questions.

Ask about a discounts when paying by money transfer, cash, certified cheque of $600 or more.

Fees for Retreat or Seminar with George at Your Location ($600 / day plus a travel  costs, board)

For example, a three day retreat in your location would be 3*600 = $1800 plus travel and costs of the stay.  $100 per hour for extra sessions.

 Sessions with George may be divided between teaching sessions, private consulatations and intensive individual, couple or group therapy.

Cancellation Policy The full fee is charged for missed appointments which includes appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.  The non-refundable deposit for retreats is 1/3 of the total cost. Balance due on arrival at the retreat unless you arrange for extended payment terms. A deposit is not returned, however, it remains as a credit for 12 months. Credit Cards.  Payment in advance by credit card is available through the PayPal system only.  I cannot process credit cards over the phone or in person. A retainer for phone sessions is the full fee for one appointment. Apointments are set when the retainer is received. The full fee is charged for missed appointments. Late cancellation is considered a missed appointment. Payment by PayPal, wire or money order.

Privacy policy: your information is confidential never given or sold to any other. Your personal information is kept confidential in accordance with professional codes of counselling ethics. The exceptions: 1)  Professional supervision - professionals may be given some details to improve service, 2) Children at risk of abuse or neglect - by law they must be protected, 3)  A person's life is in danger, 4)  The requirements of the justice system - eg, a court order. Your testimony is appreciated, but this, or any other material, is only used with your permission.

Complaints and Quality Control: My Board of Reference helps assure you that you will receive high quality professional therapy from a trusted counsellor who they know and meet with. Please let them know how your retreat, phone sessions or in person sessions went. You can take complaints or concerns to them if you are not satisfied with something or cannot resolve something with me. You may receive contact from a member of the Board of Reference by phone or in writing after a retreat or six sessions of therapy for a quality control evaluation.
